Dr. Amber Robinet

Dr. Robinett is a very good doctor. I rescheduled annual exams for my girls and come to find out on the day of the appointment the were scheduled with a nurse practioner. I was never informed that the would not be seeing her. Their scheduling is horrible. I will taking my children somewhere else because of poor ethic on behalf of her staff.

Dr. Robinett is a great doctor. She cares for my 2 children. Our kids are similar ages so we always compare funny toddler stories. There have been a few times that she has fit us in so we wouldn't have to wait hours in the ER. I trust her caring for my children.

Let me start by saying this is my 2nd review I ever posted. And I can say with pride that working from a top 100 Forbes companies. I have learn one committment that makes a business successful "customer service". A simple technique people avoid can make a big life difference for the better. With that being said my job has taught me and made me passionate in that technique. Now I look at that in every business I run cross. My first review I made was honestly a good one. Which is where I purchased my vehicle. And this review unfortunately is my first bad one. Too alot of courage but I am all proud to say based on my experience I waited until my angry pass. The hit me in a personal level so I post this review to be heard and maybe taught to learn not put anyone down. I recently had my 2nd babygirl after eight years of having my first born as a teen mother. My goal with having my second child as an a mature adult. Was to find a good family daughter for not only me but my girls. Dr.… Robinett was my choice based on her good refers where is practice. Which was not the same doctors my referrals had but I gave her a chance because of her company reputation. From only fingers counting visits I have already experience my worse dr experience yet. The previous dr lefted was because of lack if communication which didn't build a relationship. I truly believe a doctor is one of the most important person you need a great relationship in. Dr. Robinett might be smart and a good doctor and also friendly but everyone's true colors come out. I did notice from the first two visit that she was friendly and nice but I can tell she is not a mother. Which voided that personal connection. I am disappointed to say she has pushed me away to find another doctor. The way she called me sounded and made me feel like I inconvience her and made me feel so stupid in my reason in calling her. Make me feel like its just a business not personal! I can say there are ways to talk to others without having them feel that way. I am sorry to say that this will past as another review but she will never get nowhere successful to run her practice. Lesson learn no hard feelings just another person that makes people feel less. Something so small people ignore makes a big personal difference.
