Very helpful doctor. Understood what I was going through.

Does not know what she is doing at all. Also, when you talk to her, very, very weird & she just stares back at you & doesn't answer most of the conversation. It is as though she goes out of her way to make you feel worse, too. My family member was making great progress but then she was switched to Amber Thompson & started to downward spiral. I was very upset about a certain med that she had used because it was clearly making the patient worse and she actually hung up on me! I have so much more to say but I do not want this to be paragraphs long. I went to her superior & they told me that they have had several complaints & that they would follow up. My suggestion to everyone is to please try to request having another Dr, if you happen to be assigned to her. Try to demand it, please. She has caused so much extra anguish for the patient and our family. I never write reviews, this is how horrible this Dr is.
