Dr. Amber Lynn Warnat, MD

I saw Dr. Warnat because my long time doctor had retired. She didn't say very much to me, and I had to ask her if I needed a new prescription for my glasses because she didn't say anything. As she was walking out of the exam room, she said I'd be given some samples of vitamins to help with the macular degeneration. Wait...what? I didn't even know I had this disease! She seemed a bit put off because now she had to explain it to me. She wasn't rude, just seemed like she had other, more pressing, things to do. She seems competent enough, but she definitely needs lessons on relating to patients.

Seems to be thorough but does a lousy job of relating to a patient. She does nothing to try to establish a relationship with the patient. I was told that I needed a followup in 3 months - I have no idea why.
