My prescriptions have always been filled quickly and correctly. My questions have always been answered; and, they have given me free needed advice. No one working in this Pharmacy has ever been rude to me.

My dentist is next door. When I was having 2 implants done, I remembered that I had not been given oral antibiotics ahead of time. With my mouth numb, I took a prescription and explained about mouth being numb and dentist waiting for me. I was told it would take 30 min to fill it, as I waited, I overheard the employees complaining about schedules instead of filling prescriptions. Also a lot of idle chat. Saw it take more than 10 min for 2 people to be checked out after getting medications. Then after 30 min. I walked up to service area and ask for medication. The lady walked over to the machine that fills bottles and fooled around with a bin. Then got someone else to check it out. Everything was in slow motion and lots of idle chat. Finally, 15 min. later I got my antibiotic and back to dentist to get mouth renumbed because it had been a total of 45 min wait at Krogers I went to get a prescription for 12 hydocondone tab after proceedure and was told they wouldn't have any… until the next day and this was noon. A dentist next door and two more offices about a mile down the road! Looks like they would be prepared for such prescriptions. I will never go back there. I know my dentist doesn't use that pharmacy personnally, because of the chaos there.

What kind of pharmacy doesn't keep insulin on hand? I just got off the phone with them, and they are out, so I have to wait 2 days, without insulin!
