In general, one of my worst client/customer service experiences, and easily my worst experience with a doctor. Talks to you, not receptive of dialogue. Overly demeaning/condescending in response to any dialogue in a dignified way as if her opinion shouldn't be questioned. Antiquated medical knowledge (from substandard school), so aloof to any emerging research. She needs clients who she can talk down to instead of converse with. I was shaking for two days after seeing her because I was so upset, and I hoped my anger would wane weeks later, but it hasn't. I hope people understand that any good reviews she gets is from people that she dictates information to, and they're likely not discerning in going through the motions in giving positive reviews. If you like the facility, go to one of the two other doctors.
