Dr. Ambrose Francis Panico, DO

I saw him once and the PAs were always seeing me, one totally not understanding medication changes and why I was worried about my blood pressure, after the doctor said my BP was too low on Bisoprolol. The female PA said I would see the doc and the MA even said the doc was coming in last time this Fall, and a PA walked in, offended when I was shocked he wasn't Panico, and argued with me about Corlanor not affecting my BP, after I'd sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes, 2pm apt on the 17 Nov, had an apt 25 minute drive away around 3pm, they said I needed the EKG, I was anxious about getting approval by my insurance for Corlanor since I've been buying it from Europe, but wanted Dr. Panico to know it helped to fight for insurance approval. The PA said I really needed it, and I said "sure" that I would get it done I just had to leave soon and he cops and attitude and says, "NO!" Like this was personal I had told the MA I had to leave soon and didn't think I had time. I called and the MAs… had an attitude saying I had no more orders for an EKG despite the PA saying I could come back in another day, leaving VM almost laughing at me, when I talked to the MA last week she just kept saying, "YOU REFUSED" over and over, upsetting me and saying they would NOT let me come in and get an EKG, even claiming I didn't have a medication change, had to inform her that was not correct, I told her Corlonor effects the electrical components of my heart and this IS NOW NEGLIGENCE, they care MORE about their PRIDE than their PATIENTS! I will be reporting this! They just tried ti also cancel all my medications that are approved, I am hoping to Sue now!

I have had many doctors for my heart issues. He is personable, listens and thinks outside the box! Not just your run of the mill answers. Very skilled at what he does. Great doctor!
