I can not recommend that you go somewhere else strongly enough. The office staff will not return calls. Office failed to send out critical information for me. They apologize up and down, but fail to produce. I wish there was a negative star rating. DO NOT TAKE AN ELDERLY PATIENT THERE THAT CANNOT ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES. Office manager has tons of excuses, including telling me how hard her job is. Not my problem. These people can NOT figure it out. After calling the office, the doctor told me to take this review down or he wouldn't see me anymore. UPDATE: I told him if he sent out the paperwork his office had fumbled months ago, I would change my review. He refused to continue care until I removed the review. HE REFUSED TO CONTINUE MY DIABETIC CARE BECAUSE OF A GOOGLE REVIEW. He laughed at me and told me good luck finding an endo. I can not recommend going to another doctor enough. Even if it means a drive and months of waiting, you WILL thank me in the long run. Furthermore, I urge… anyone considering him to look into the positive reviews he has. Look at all the newer 5 star reviews that are coming from people hundreds and hundreds of miles away from his practice and have only ever left 2-3 reviews. Weird. After reading this, what lengths do you think this man will go to? Would you trust him as your healthcare provider? Should you even take a chance? Just think, all I needed was a very standard form signed and faxed for a service that they advertise- Go anywhere else!!!!
