Dr. Ami P Vaidya, MD

During my consultation with with her, I could see how passionate she was about her job. It was a no brainer choosing her as my dr. Totally pleased with the outcome!

Unfortunately things happen in life. It happened to me, unfortunately, however, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found Dr. Vaidya. I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped me. I have great respect on her and I truly can’t find a better doctor, top of the line credentials, very professional, precise and right to the point. Nurses and staff are great and very helpful as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot understand a Dr. that talks down to her patients after surgery. Arrogant with a capital A. Never again.

Dr. V is amazing!

Dr. Vaidya came highly recommended from my GYN. She has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and comforting. She went above and beyond, spending a lot of time to explain all of my options, the procedures and what could be expected down the road.

She came to me highly recommended as a surgeon, however, her attitude is NOT recommended. She talked down to me after my surgery, gave me only Tylenol afterwards and just wouldn't listen to my symptoms or concerns. She told me she has other patients with worst issues. I really have never met such a condescending doctor, I won't be back.

She was very rude and didn't seem to care at all about what I was going through. No compassion not friendly or comforting at all. Her tone of voice throughout the whole visit was just terrible. Attitude unbeievable. I'm shocked she works for Hackensack university medical center. The way she made me feel during the visit was the total opposite of what it should have been. Horrible and upsetting. Someone in the medical field especially in a cancer center should not act like this.

She was very unprofessional. Rude had that I am God attitude... Very uncaring and did not take the time to listen... Just talked over me and never listened . Just felt like she couldn't be bothered.. I have never met a doctor so uncaring . I would not let her operate on my worst enemy. Not sure how Hackensack Hospital could endorse her. Very bad experience !!!!

Dr. V was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns.

Dr. Vaidya is a very professional and hard working doctor. I admire her compassion, concern and talent. Only wonderful experiences in difficult life situations.
