I was on hold for 3-4 minutes for no one to come back to the phone. Called back same scenario, called back again this time left my information for a call back. Nothing occurred within 2 hours and I did not want the office to close before I could attempt to schedule an appointment. Only for a young rude sounding lady by the name of "Vee" to come to the phone and tell me all new patients are scheduled 2 weeks out. After all of going back and forth, apart of the training with new people (students) need to hear that all new patients will have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Before even going through all of this. I asked for the office manager, but I got the front office supervisor instead. She told me she manages the front office so if it's an concern about the front office I should speak to her. Of course it was going to be bias because these are your people you manage and you wouldn't want them to make you look bad. But it was evident why "Vee" can talk the way she did and why she… could ask me herself would you like to speak to the front end manager that's my supervisor. WOW! Normally people are too afraid of that when they know they have a supervisor that is a no nonsense supervisor and not one that is a like a best friend at work. Then the supervisor says most people don't know who they want when they call so we are trained to tell them 2 weeks out and we give them someone since these Dr's are residents they come and go. So new patients don't normally call in knowing who they want, ok but I'm not those patients I knew what Dr. I wanted and was prepared. Never think everyone is the same we are all different on purpose. If this is how front office staff is I know I don't want to come into the facility and meet the ones that will have to actually practice on me or give me any advice. Glad that appt was stopped before it happened.

My overall experience was favorable. I will recommend her to family and friends.
