Amin Kamyar, MD

Be warned - Dr. Kamyar’s negative reviews are being removed from other sites. As a RN with over 20 years of experience I would not see this doctor or any other nephrologist at this entire organization. He was not familiar with my medical condition and tried to gaslight me like his colleagues did because I was misdiagnosed. Every interaction was an attempt to cover up their errors. I had protein and blood in my urine for well over a year and he refused to order a 24 hour urine. I had three abnormal ANCA Proteinase 3, and he suggested it was from illicit substance use. I am a professional, never did anything like that in my life. He was rude, condescending and didn’t do anything to actually help me. Despite abnormal laboratory tests, abnormal imaging and my symptoms, he claimed it was anxiety. Then, he billed at a Level 5 - a code reserved for patients with severe illness, high risk of death.

Rude and narcissistic Brought my dad in to see him. Terribly rude to my father who is hard of hearing. Would not listen when father gave feedback about the medicine making him more ill. Couldn't possibly fathom that something he prescribed didn't work. Absolutely horrible, doesn't listen to patients. Horrible bedside manner, and inneffective treatment on top of that.

I really like Dr. Kamyar. Very professional, friendly, competent, excellent attitude.

Dr. Kamyar is a very thorough and dedicated doctor. He is very to the point and tries to educate the patient. I have found him to be a conscientious doctor, which by the way can be hard to find.

This doctor has taken care of 2 of my family members. It is hard to get in to see him, because he is always very busy, but he is a very good doctor, very thorough and responsible. I would recommend him.

HORRID bedside manner...enough said!

This is the worst doctor I have ever gone to. Very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend him to anyone!
