Outstanding experience... thank you

....I had a pharmacist address my current symptoms better than this doctor. It was a waste of my time even visiting. He focused more on my pre-existing conditions and switching those meds around to new similar meds rather than addressing my current medical concern.

While taking my 85 yr old dad to ER someone coughed in my face. I got fever and deep dry cough for 7 days. Couldn't help with caring for dad & dementia mom. His nurse was incompetent. Went in to Dr on Monday and Dr told me if still sick on Friday to call and he would call in antibiotics. I was miserably bedridden until Friday. My sister and brother-in-law were spread too thin to care for our bedridden dad, because also care for adult son with brain aneurysm and daughter-in-law with stage 3 cancer treatments and 2 yr old baby. Even week after antibiotics finished, I'm still sick with deep cough and sore throat. I'm furious! Finding another Dr for follow-up!

My father saw him and I am disappointed. Seemed rushed. Didn't physically examine him. Asked him no questions. And referred him out for all of his concerns! Internal medicine is supposed to be all inclusive and preventative! It's your job to listen to patient concerns and address your own last.
