We are very disappointed. Dr could not upload the MRI, even though it was downloaded on their system. He could discuss a written MRI report we gave him to identify the problem but he did not and was quick to suggest Spine Cord Stimulation. We do not know if back pain is caused by pinched nerves at all. He did not indicate any other tests that would locate those pinched nerves if he thought that that was a problem. He also mentioned doing a shot. To do the same thing with another shot that did not help before makes no sense. He spent time with us, but not constructive at all. We drove 2.5 hours each way thinking that Cleveland Clinic was better—big mistake.

Horrible physician. No compassion. Did not do an exam. Gave no plan or recommendations other than to see him again in 2 weeks. It was an awful experience and complete waste of my time.
