Dr. Amir Nasiri

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor was doing rounds at Canyon Vista Post Acute. He was terrible, hard to get in touch with not only by me but the nurses also complained and informed me several days that they were waiting to hear from him because he was hard to get in touch with. He contacted me once, I immediately called back he was gone and I didn't hear back from him for days. This doctor also put in notes, and a diagnosis in my dad's chart but never informed me even when he was asked. Both this doctor and this facility are terrible, my dad ended up passing at this facility and even then this doctor was giving the funeral home a hard time and trying to hold up the death certificate. I also found that they were sending claims to my dad's insurance with dates of service after he passed. I would not recommend this doctor or this facility to anyone.
