Listens well, and offers creative options to address a complex, uncomfortable GI condition. Good "bedside manner," whether in person or via telehealth visit. Very well-organized office.

Good at listening to patients concerns about long complicated health history. Has helped pioneered through my chronic life long constipation. Will have to complain about his office staff. Needs improvement on following up with patients needs. But good listener and wants to help.

Referred by IBD expert to consult on motility issue she suspected. He ordered Smart Pill procedure: he (or staff) neither provided specific instructions about the test/administration. Then ignored my requests for the results and explanation/analysis of the results. No follow-through. He does love to bill hours/test.
