Standing room only in waiting room. No time to explain anything to you.

Bedside manner is pretty bad, and wait times exceeded 2 hours EVERY time I was to see him. I was appalled at the lack of time he spent with me when on the very few occasions I actually saw him. Mostly you see a RNP or a technician doing a test. He has an unspoken rule that after you do two or three tests, then you must schedule a visit for the results. Again, the RNP is usually the one providing those results. When the dr was ordering upwards of 10 tests I spent a great deal of time in the waiting room. Many of the staff were "hurried" in their work ethic, some were efficient and others were just plain rude. I am sorry I got involved with this Dr. as now I can not even get my records as the office is closed.

After the 3 or 4 hour wait to get back to his office, he talks to you maybe 2 minutes, never listens as his back is turned typing billings codes into the computer. I went after hitting my head, have all the classic TBI symptoms. Headaches memory loss loss of smell tremors etc. Then he puts me on medication which I find out by my own research is for MS. Then puts me through several tests, never once telling me what was wrong. I had several MRIs of my brain and it shows No Signs for MS. Worst doctor ever!!!

I have waited over 2 hours on every visit I have seen him. On med refills you have to see his nurse prac each month in person to collect a co-pay. Last visit with doctor he faced his computer the whole time while I was speaking to him and was unable to help with my concerns. Last straw for me. I am kicking myself for wasting all this time. Been seeing him over 2 years hoping things would change. They never improved. All his testing is done on site which Im still paying for 2 years later and I have insurance! Last visit they wanted to set an appt with his nurse prac, I said for what, they said follow up. More money. I told the front desk the doctor was unable to help me, what is the nurse prac for? I'm done.

I’m not a patient of dr. Zia but my father is, this doctor is very inconsiderate of patients time. He makes his patients wait from 3 to 5 hours before he will see you. It is every single time my father goes to see him he waits that long. I can’t believe this doctor is still taking new patients. It seems to me he has to many already.

Dr Zia has been the most compassionated doctor I have met in a longtime. He listens to me and works me on my health issues. His assistant is also outstanding. He is just not my doctor, but a friend.

It should not take 3 hours to get in to see a doctor especially when appointments are made. Doctors always want to charge you if you don't show up for appointment we should charge them for the wait time I guess we don't have lives that we have to sit and wait hours to see a doctor this is ridiculous

It's very tiring for the elders to wait such a long time. He's a very good Dr. but I know he wants to see more patients but he's only one man and he can't see all. He tries.!!!!!

My husband has had 3 strokes and numerous seizures.Dr Zia is his Neurologist.He has great Knowledge but bad bedside manner to the point of being rude and impatient.If I had other choices in Bg I would change drs.He never spends enough time talking to his patients only a few minutes and his office is extremely full and the wait is long. He recently moved his office to a bigger place and I have not visited there yet but need to. Once he sent my husband home and did not give me the needed meds.No scrips or anything. My opinion is that its not good to have to many patients cannot give them the quality of care they need.

You will wait at least 4 hours to see the doctor. The walls are paper thin, I heard every conversation happening in the rooms on either side. Doctor gave me 3 minutes of his time with ZERO eye contact. One member of staff was very nice, the rest were rude and impatient.
