Dr. Amit Babra, MD

Amit S. Babra, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with over eight years of clinical training and experience in primary care, urgent care, and public health. He currently serves as a lead attending physician, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations with a focus on Medicare Advantage and value-based care models.

Dr. Babra has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic conditions—including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and COPD—while emphasizing preventive care, evidence-based medicine, and lifestyle interventions.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Babra brings a strong background in healthcare leadership and public health program management, having led large-scale initiatives with the Maryland Department of Health to expand hypertension screening and community health access.
