Can not say enough about this fantastic Doctor and staff. Best internal medicine provider I have had in the Las Vegas area since moving here over 25 years ago. He and his staff provided me with all the knowledge that I could want about my medical concerns so that I could have the piece of mind to continue living and enjoying my life. Excellent.

He doesn't listen to you. Every visit is like the last one never happened. Sends you out for multiple tests and doesn't even mention, or ignores, the results on the next visit. He even chose to berate and insult me once. Should have bailed on him sooner. This is not the person you want to see if you need some help.

I started seeing Dr. Duggal in 2020. He is very prompt in handling his schedule, very knowledgeable in his line of work, friendly and accommodating. the best things I like, he is very honest and take his time to tell and explain to me in details about health issues without shortcuts. Good advises and suggestions.

Although I have had some frustrations with the company he is contracted with, I must say that he has given me nothing but respect for knowing my own body, and allowing me to choose my course of treatment. He is a most compassionate man who will go to bat for you when other doctors might just give up with your requests. It has taken me many years to find a doctor that I respect and feel that he manages to handle all of my concerns with knowledge and advise that has been invaluable. I truly hope that this fantastic doctor stays with my insurance company, yet I would consider a change in my coverage to keep him as my primary care physician. He is worth the time and effort to become your doctor and earn your respect, which is very hard to do with the current constraints the insurance companies place on our healthcare professionals.

Great experience

Called for an appointment to have my mother-in-law's primary care physician (Dr. Amit Duggal) fill out paperwork that is required by the "independent living" apartments she will be moving into in a month. Sat in the waiting room 40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before moving back to an exam room. When he finally walked in, he said she would have to schedule another appointment because he would need a full 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Why did no one tell us this when we scheduled the appointment? Especially after we specifically stated the reason for the appointment and mentioned the names of the two forms that the doctor would need to fill out. He still kept her in the exam room for 20 minutes. I have read the forms and there is nothing he couldn't have filled out in that 20 minutes. He completely wasted her time, as well as mine, didn't have a problem charging her insurance company for the office visit, and certainly won't have a problem billing them… again for another office visit when she returns for the "30 minute" appointment. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Duggal to anyone. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. We have already contacted another primary care physician and will have her records transferred as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, she'll have to go back for the 30 minute appointment as the new physician would have no prior knowledge of any of the mother-in-law's medical history.

Takes almost a week for rx refills, have had to call twice to get it done. Husband made a lab and Dr appt a month in advance only to show up and guess what, there was no appt for him. The front office ALWAYS asks for a copay when there isn't one. They book way too many appt in a day that if you have a 9:00 appt he's already an hour behind. This system really needs fixed.

He called me personally on the weekend to discuss my recently diagnosed breast cancer. Took time to explain the next steps involved. Gives me and my family comfort knowing he is always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for being amazing as I fight this tough battle ahead. Highly recommended without question!
