He was very nice and professional and new your file before you went in for the visit. I didn't feel uncomfortable. His office staff was freindly and helpful. The overall visit was quick.

My daughter had seen another "specialist" for 6 years. He had done nothing to diagnosis Crohns and the last straw was having her gall bladder removed..absolutely wrong. She found Dr Total and within 4 months had done tests, tried medicines and then had the 16+ inches of swollen, inflamed intestines removed. Thank God we found him.

Had a procedure done. My pcp nor i was given results. Was called on friday and informed of an appt. was told over the phone i would be billed if i missed appt. took off work for appt and assumed it should be a follow up appt but was being charged for an office visit. When i asked for clarification staff returned stating that i couldnt see the dr because i had no referal from my pcp. I feel that this was and may be an attempt to over bill insurance. Definitally will be checking further.
