Dr. Amit Patel

He was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my 40 years of life. I waited almost an hour to be seen and then he came in my room and was looking at his phone the whole time. He even used the foul language while in my room, I guess he did not like a text he received. Then in the middle of me talking he just got up and walked out leaving the assistant who was in the room with looking confused. I was very disappointed in his unprofessional manner. I recommend not going to this pain management facility.

Really unfair to some patients. This man acts like he is on drugs. He treated my wife like she had a scratched knee. The woman has spinal stenosis and arthritis. She is unable to get to the restroom on time when the pain is crippling her. He refused to do his job and treat her pain. Really bad doctor.

This place is awesome! I switched to Dr. Patel from another doctor and it has been the best decision! Very knowledgeable staff working with a wonderful doctor have made this a great place to go to. Both doctor and staff have top-notch bed side manners and shows you they truly care. Everyone treats you like you are part of the family during your visit and you feel right at home. They understand what you are going through and strive to make their patients quality of life better. Definitely a place to go!

I have been a patient and have referred my family and friends to this office. The doctors here are really nice and take time to listen to me. i have only had injections here but I felt better almost immediately. Very glad I found this office!

When I first started seeing Dr. Patel he agreed to see me despite my many problems and I loved him from the first day. His staff was caring, considerate and professional. After 18 months I went through an emotional PTSD crisis after many years of flashbacks and nightmares, very poor sleep, identity theft, and ceasing use of Prozac abruptly, I lost control of myself. My emotional and psychological state was critical. The slightest thing I took as confrontational set me off. I was mean, severely guarded, and snapped back at anything I saw as bad. I wrongfully snapped at Dr. Patel and his staff and lost the best Doctor I ever came across. You would be extremely fortunate to have this man and his crew as your pain relief source. I will regret losing him as my doctor for the rest of my life. Take it from someone who has seen many doctors. There are very very few doctors of Dr. Patel's caliber available in the entire country. I am only estimating because I have yet to find… any this knowledgeable and considerate. If you are fortunate enough to already be seeing him, do everything possible to keep him. I was stupid and mentally unhinged when I lost him. And I want to take this opportunity to apologize to him and his staff for my being such a jerk. If you are not a patient of his you would do extremely well to become a patient. Trust me, I have seen many doctors and as of yet have found no comparable physician. Thank you Dr. Patel and entire staff for taking care of me incredibly great despite my severe medical and psychological difficulties. You're a good man and a fantastic doctor and the regret I feel is immeasurable and will be always.

Dr patel is awesome. I've been pain free for almost a week now. The staff is great to. Thank you. I'll be back for all my pain need!

He listens, and takes you serious

When I was originally referred to Georgia PAIN and Wellness I was seen by Dr Amit Patel. He is a great Dr, unfortunately as he tries to grow his practice too fast, he's losing g the good traits that Attracted patients in the first place. Front desk unorganized, right hand doesn't know what left hand doing at the same time. Misinformed, way too long waiting time to see whoever is there, never the actual Dr. It appears focus has changed specifically to financial gains and not patient care.
