I just want to express my disappointment with you and your staff. I visit my doctors annually, and this by far was the worst experience I have had. They said they called this morning and I have no records. Its one thing to lie, its another to exacerbate that lie. I pulled up all phone records, and not one was from a University or the Clinic number. Then to say they left a message, which I looked and no message was left. To keep adding on to the already escalating lie, they said they remembered mine was the one with the full mailbox. Which is also unlikely since I only had 6 stored voicemails on my cellphone.The worst of it all, was the constant apologizing! I heard "Im sorry" forty times, that does not fix the situation. Own your mistakes! You didnt dial the write number, You lied about the voicemail, you didnt follow up, I was checked in and waiting for 40 minutes before someone noticed. More apologizing followed, then I have 3-4 people looking at me like Im the bad person. You will… probably look at it a like it doesnt even matter. Then to try and reschedule me for another month out.

Refused to do my insurance referrals correctly for insurance company. Was a chronic patient. She sent me a certified letter saying she could not deal with me. Went to more specialist than her. Excuse to not deal with my referrals.

She is very personable doctor. She thinks and acts quick and spends a lot of time with you explaining your condition and treatment.
