Amjad Almahameed

Dr. Almahameed is absolutely the best surgeon ever. I would not see anyone else.

He punctured my mother's left ventricle during an angiogram and she almost died.

It was excellent experience with him, i would never ask for mor professional doctor than Almahameed MD

He advised me to "start thinking about getting a wheelchair" even though he had no diagnosis and no prognosis. He ordered 2 tests and never followed up on them. Both tests were very abnormal but he never contacted me. As a result, I suffered for 3 additional years with a problem that could have been treated. We do not know yet if the problem actually worsenned during those 3 years, He did not document either of my 2 visits and so could not provide my PCP with necessary data. If it were an option, I would not give him even 1 star. It worries me that he continues to practice. He has a very bad reputation for patient care even among the technicians in the pulmonary lab.
