easy to talk to. great doctor!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bahnassi for almost 10 years. He has been incredibly invested in my life, my health and all being. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who is devoted to his patients in his care.

I have been seeing Dr. Bahnassi for approximately six months. He is thoughtful and sincere. He is intelligent and is not a known Dr. as someone stated for "spending 2 minutes with his patients and handing them handfuls of scripts". It's sad to see such ignorant and mean reviews. I believe when people don't get what they "want" but instead, "what they need", they get upset. I'm quite happy.

He dont have more then a ten min appt with any of his clients because he just does not care he does not give any feed back on what may help with current issues and if you ask for anything to help he will automatically judge you and treat you as a junky! He has no emotion he does not show any concern towards his clients issues he just sits in his huge office that is over filled with over the top expensive stuff that i swear he loves to rub in people's face ! The man drives a brand new orange mustang how much more attention could you want! I can't stand him! He needs to learn how to communicate better !! I think he needs some counseling tbh !!

Great Doctor! Very good listener.I have been seeing doctor Banassi for almost two year's. He has prescribed me medication for anxiety that has helped me immensely! Beautiful new office in Worcester! Would recommend him to anyone! Laurie L

I was his patient for 2 years and would never recommend him. He may have given me quick appointments (I never spent over 20 minutes), but he would never listen to me. I told him my problems and asked about changing my medications, but he would also prescribe the same two medications for my condition (bipolar disorder), saying "we should stay safe and keep you on these medications." Even after I recovered and found myself able to take myself off the medication, he would still recommend taking large doses. He was not obligated to listen to me, but rather I was obligated to listen to him. It was hardly a good patient-doctor relation. He earned 30,000 from pharmaceutical companies, most of which was compensation for services other than consulting, including serving as faculty or as a speaker at a venue other than a continuing education programs, found through openpaymentsdata payment-information. It’s an odd statistic I wish I had known before I went in. He takes greed over patient… care. He was able to charge me just because he can funnel straight into my insurance. He worried more about prescribing medications than my actual health and care. The staff is all right, nothing more than office secretaries. I wish they or the nurses had a level of concern Dr. Bahnassi should have had. If I wasn’t in college and my insurance could cover another psychiatrist, I would have switched to another psychiatrist long ago.

Horrible. Was seen by 2 different nurse practitioners, neither asked any questions, did an intake. These people are in danger of hurting someone. I can't believe they haven't had their licenses taken away. Kimberly is the worst. Did not want to hear anything I said just refilled prescriptions previous nurse had prescribed even though I told her they weren't working. When I asked her when I should make a next appointment she said I don't need to I could email her with my request. The receptionist Kristy hung up on me. She is the rudest nastiest person I have ever encountered. If you are drug seeking this is the place to go as seen by the waiting room filled to capacity.

The doctor is fine. Staff is rude and ignorant. Horrifying .

Dr. Bahnassi has definitely sacrificed responsible patient care for his uncontrollable greed. His waiting room is overrun with patients who see him for all of 2 minutes each and leave with handfuls of scripts for whatever you can think of. He doesn't ask questions because he doesn't want to know the answers. When I went, he had me go back every 2 weeks, never charged copays because he was able to bill insurance through the nose and I've never been so debilitated in my life. Thank god I stopped seeing him, I'm certain I narrowly escaped major disability or death from his wreckless prescribing. Stay away!

The staff at his office are the rudest people ever. They have no regard for the patient, and are nasty to them. Dr Bahnassi is a good doctor, but does not spend much time with his patients,I can be in and out of his office withen 3-5 minutes.
