Dr. Ammon Michael Pitt

We were called out on an emergency flood at Dr. Pitt's home in the evening. We responded quickly and professionally and cleaned up the mess for them exactly as we described we would. the Pitt's gave us praises for our work and for our professionalism. They even places a raving 5 star review on our google page. Everything was great until our bill came and their garbage insurance denied their insurance claim. The Pitt's brought in a competitor and told him half truths, gave him partial information about the emergency we responded to and the work we did to arm chair QB our work. At some point after a competitor told lies about us and gave a biased opinion on half truths and partial information about what we had done the Pitt's decided that our work wasn't great and that our pricing was too high. Funny fact is that after we worked on their insurance adjuster their garbage insurance carrier actually came forward and decided that the claim was going to be covered and paid our bill… in its entirety. Isn't that an admission of the fact that our pricing is fair? Also the fact that we do hundreds of similar jobs using the exact same pricing model would be an indicator that our pricing if fair too. Anyway, the Pitt's got several of their relatives to place negative reviews on our page and so we are returning the favor. I don't believe these people are honest or professional and I cannot recommend them.

Our whole family went to see Dr. Pitt. Fantastic dentist had really good rapport with our kids and adults alike. Highly recommended.
