One year later, and I have no improvement in urine leakage or constipation due to having several significant vaginal wall defects, presumably repaired with and A&P repair and mid-urethral sling. In addition, was left with scar tissue causing painful intercourse, even after months of PT, etc. 2nd opinion MD states rectocele was not repaired and is still present. Don't waste your time with Dr. Adelowo. His skills are not up to par.

He has professional knowledge, easy to talk with, and explained everything in details. However, he laughed at something that I said very seriously. It makes me feel upset and very uncomfortable talking with him from that point on. When I said it, I mean it. No patient will talk about personal problem as jokes to his/her doctor.

I found Dr. Adelowo to be very professional and easy to talk with about my surgery. He explained everything in simple detail and listened to my concerns. His staff is friendly, personable and considerate. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Adelowo and his staff were extremely thoughtful and professional and made me feel at east regarding a needed surgery. He took the time to explain fully to me my issue and the subsequent surgery required. His bedside manner is unequaled in my experience. He called me personally to check on my progress. In this day and time, that is unheard of. My surgery was a complete success and I would highly recommend Dr. Adelowo to any woman suffering from pelvic organ prolapse. His words to me were, "You don't have to live like this." The entire experience makes me wonder why I waited so long.
