BEWARE! I wish I had read these other reviews or those on Google and other sites beforehand. Don't make the same mistake so many of us have! Everything they said was the same thing still being experienced in 2024, which is depressing to see but says a lot about him as a person as well as his staff.

Worst provider in the US. Had us wait for 2 hours to do nothing.

He was rude and insulting.. he also walked out while I was still trying to talk to him about what 4 different doctors before him had told me.. in my 50+ yrs of going to a doctor he is w/ out question the worst experience I’ve had.. stay away from this guy.. he does not care.. my primary care physician told me and I quote “people r leaving his practice in droves” 0 stars..

This place is terrible! The doctors and staff don't care about the patients and most of the time don't even pretend too. The prevailing thought appears to be that all those who go there are drug addicts and thus they treat people like they are somehow less than deserving of respect. Scheduling is always a hassle and the billing team can never seem to get it right! Expect better treatment at the DMV.

Dr Morsy offers competent, quality healthcare. He is very personable and has only his patients best interest at heart. He discussed all options and did not give up helping me manage my pain. His office staff are very polite and swiftly follow through on all things. It’s quite easy to get an appointment especially when pain becomes unmanageable. To be honest I’m very shocked by the bad reviews on this page. But honestly given his field (pain management) it’s easy to have a lot of dissatisfied customers. Often these Doctors are regulated by strict federal guidelines and must make changes based on those guidelines and the patients pain typically increases. This is not the fault of the Dr. my experience over the past year has been more than satisfactory. I will recommend Texas Pain Physicians again and again. I’m confident in their abilities and am very happy with how they manage my care.

No matter your experience with Doctors visits, this will be the most demeaning, manipulative, and frustrating place to receive care for any chronic condition. They are only interested in their bottom line, versus what is in the best interest of the patient. They completely disregard the referring surgeons plan of care, and then speak to patients in the most condescending manner. I too experienced the many cups of urine found in the restroom (see previous reviews)!! Just disgusting!! They schedule procedures without your knowledge and then chastise you for not wanting to have unwanted or needed procedures. They will do not review your chart prior to an appointment, nor listen to to you!!

This Dr just took over this practice 6 weeks ago and he's already destroying it. Today was my second visit for med refills and it was no better than last month. Dr Morsy behaves like he is the best thing that ever happened to us but I've got news for him. He's rude, arrogant, incompetent and does not speak English well.....my husband and I had to constantly ask him to repeat himself which doesn't inspire confidence. Today I gave a u/a specimen and when I opened the the little cupboard to put my specimen there were FIVE other ones already in there and had probably been sitting there for at least an hour. This is a compliance violation not to mention just plain nasty. He does not listen to the patient and makes dosage changes without discussing it with the patient first. This is a good way to send patients into withdrawal and further health problems. It's clear he's just there for the money. You will do better if you go to the Spine Team Texas Clinic in Rockwall. I have had two… reputable sources tell me that a lot of patients have left Dr. Morsy and gone over there.

Stay away from here. Procedures were scheduled and not authorized, cut my meds by 160 percent compared to my Iowa Dr. was moving ok, but after seeing him went back on cane and walker. Finally fired him and got my life back.. I could go on all day about what a poor Dr. he is but why rub salt in the wound. Do yourself a favor..RUN!!

DO NOT GO TO Texas Pain Physicians. They will take your money and never contact you. I paid $300 to see Dr. Moray who completely lied to me. He told me one thing and the nurse another. I recently located from California looking for a pain management office due to chronic pain from a surgery gone bad. The doctor was awful, but told me they would have to do a urine test, which I understand. It has been 4 weeks and no phone call from them. They stated it would take two weeks. There is no way for a urine test. I called and never got the location just the call center. They never returned my call to date. I normally do not do reviews, but did not want someone who is in pain to go to this facility and just give money.
