Had many doctors but in terms of caring, knowledge and saying what needs to be said she is the best doctor I've had

One of the worst interactions I’ve had with a front office admin at a physicians office I can remember. It does all start with the doctor though. She overbooks and puts a burden off her staff. They have a zero tolerance policy so if you show up a minute late there is no grace period and they threaten to cancel your appointment. They then make your life miserable by delaying your appointments beyond the patients that were there before you. The doctor is decent but by no mean she has an impressive grasp of medicine. I have limited expectations at the PCP but have felt at each of my visits there is limited thoughtfulness and care. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.
