This doctor does not care for male patients.I was misdiagnosed, after waiting over 2 hours to see her.You could sense the anti-male attitude.I would never go back there again

Totally unprofessional front office staff. Doctor could careless about her patients. Never gets back to you, refills are impossible absolutely no compassion or interest in well being. I would NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr. S doesn't have the best bedside manner. She isn't very empathetic and is rather negative. The office staff is stretched too far so scheduling appointments or getting through on the phone is next to impossible. The average edit time is 90 minutes or more. I originally choose her to work with a diabetes educator as well but she was worse. Have switched doctors and couldn't be happier.

This doctor does not return phone calls or check tests in a timely manner.

Dr. S. has always spent time with me and has gone the extra mile in phoning me to follow-up on test results or concerns. She shares a suite with a number of doctors and the front office staff have too many phone calls and people waiting for assistance to adequately serve everyone. The nurses and P.A.'s are very good.

I saw Dr. S for almost 2 years but then couldn't make a follow up appointment and haven't been back. For months, every time I called the phone would be busy. On the rare occasions that a staff member did pick up they would put me on hold immediately and I would remain on hold until I hung up. When I called back the lines were busy. I guess the staff has learned that if you put all the lines on hold no one can get through and they don't have to deal with patients. This wasn't the only time service was bad. During the time I was in contact with the office, calling to schedule appointments or to get my results was more than arduous. I would have to call many times and leave many messages and in the meantime put up with very rude and nasty clerical staff. I'm trying to get my records now to switch to another doctor and I can only imagine how difficult this will be.
