Dr Altenhaus provided constructive, compassionate and timely counselling at the time that I was experiencing panic and anxiety as a result of TBI sustained by my spouse.

Dr. Altenhaus has provided me with insight, support and practical suggestions as I and my family members learn to cope with our family member who sustained an injury affecting his personality and initially judgement and safety.

Dr. Altenhaus is a very good listener who got me to understand a lot about why I would get nervous in certain situations. I am actually enjoying things more now and other people tell me that I look happier. Excellent counselor.

I’m not sure about the previous comment, it seems as though the person is unhappy with the process of career counseling in general. I worked with Amy and found her to be professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone as it was a great experience!

Dr. Altenhaus is very fair minded and professional in doing exams. The way she writes up her analysis of the situation is all about what is best for the kids.
