Dr. Amy Gross Aronovitz, MD

She may be smart but her staff with no education vetts all calls and you get nowhere. They literally make up answers so they dont have to deal with anything. As an RN I feel sorry for her patients who dont know how to navigate the system.

On my first visit with Dr. Aronovitz she immediately changed my treatment plan without properly evaluating me as a patient. On my second visit a few months later I explained to her that I was having side effects from the medication she often becomes irate after I express my concerns. I have to initiate alternative medications because she mostly states that I need to follow her recommendations or there's nothing else that she can do for me. My most recent visit with her I explained to her that I was experiencing difficulty with one of my medications, she stated she needed to increase the dose following my statement of my dissatisfaction. Soon after Dr. Aronovitz stated that she's not the right Dr. for me and didn't refill any of my medications. Dr. Aronovitz is uncaring, prejudice and by far the worst Physician I've ever had. I would discontinue going to her office, however I am limited due to my current insurance and she is the only Endocrine provider that is offered.

This is an amazing doctor, and I have seen several Endocrinologists over the years. She takes the time to get to know you and makes a custom treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. She spent over an hour going through my day to day routine, exercise, foods, and stressors, and then made some adjustments to my medications that are working much better for me.

Wow! The MOST efficient doctor's office I have ever been to!! Dr. Aronovitz treats you like you are her only patient and she is there to serve you! She takes the time to look at your past paperwork and asks loads of questions to get to know all that is going on. The office staff is amazing!! I have never waited for more than two minutes - which is just unheard of!! Finally, office staff reviews all doctor notes with you and encourages you to call with any questions! Fabulous experience!!!

Rude, extremely disrespectful, and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Came in with several issues and she just jumped with one diagnosis and when questioned her about the possibility of other diagnosis' she avoided it and said probably not with no explanation. Didn't want to get more tests done until I pushed for it. Not recommended and no wonder it was easy to get an appt with her. Her partner dr block had a three month wait and prob for a good reason.

Following surgery I was in my room when my blood pressure began spiraling down to where it was around 60/40. I requested that an endocrinologist be brought in and dr. Aronovitz was there within minutes. After asking me a few questions, she wrote some orders and within a half hour my pressure was on its way back to its normal range. She was incredible at taking hold of the situation and knowing exactly what had to be done. All of her follow ups have been similar in their thoroughness . She is kind, understanding and compassionate .
