My daughter is a long time client of Dr.Banter's, I found Dr. Banter when she was brand new and my daughter was only a teen-ager. I led my co-worker and her family to Dr.Banter, Everyone loves her. My daughter has auto-immune issues, from her thyroid to severe asthma and with this Corona Virus going on, tried to contact Dr. Banter but was cut off, because she has been working at the hospital. The lady that spoke to her on the phone indicated that she was just trying to get out of work. Say What? I know this is true though, my daughter is medically fragile, her work has changed at this time, and medically speaking, my daughter is fragile and this is not safe for her. I am on my daughter's file to speak on her be-half, but she asked me not to. Please, not just my daughter but all the people I have sent to Dr.Banter, we agree, the staff can be rude and condescending. Why?What? just so rude. This was a medical concern for my daughter and she was blown off. Wrong.

Dr. Banter is an incredibly smart, fun and courteous doctor. Our entire family goes to her and we wouldn't want it any other way. She is great with diagnosis and with following up. I believe she is one of the best doctor's around. We love her!

Dr Banter is a fantastic doctor. However her staff SUCKS!!!!! The wait time to get in and see her is awful, the staff is rude, and everytime I've come lately it's been over 45 min just to get into a room!!!! I am currently looking for a new doctor because of this. Her staff is so bad and lack of communication is horrible! It's sad that I have to give up a good doctor because of this. The worst part is they don't even care.

Dr. Banter treats your medical need like many doctors. What many doctors lack is the ability to make you feel better immediately. She genuinely cares about her patients, and has a bedside manner that makes you feel better before you even leave the office.
