Left me with a flared smile that causes serious issues over the years. Was unpleasant and a bully. Dishonest too.

I had a really bad experience under Dr. Barrer's care. At quite a few appointments, dental hygienists would also gossip about other patients right in front of me which was really unprofessional. Braces with Dr. Barrer also took much longer than expected (4.5 years instead of 2), and appointments would last only a few min where there would be no explanation of treatment. My end result after treatment was a very painful and unideal bite since Dr. Barrer spent years bringing my teeth very far forward and since then, I've had even more issues with teeth and bite. I contacted MVP smiles for info about past treatment within the required window of record keeping, and they said they LOST almost all prior patient records and brushed me off, even after charging me for another consultation which lasted about 5 min. To get any more information, they said it would have to be through another paid consultation. Again, would strongly caution you!
