Dr. Amy Christine Bumgardner, MD

I had 3 TCH peels done by dr. Bumgardner and the 3 peel she went WAY to aggressive. My skin was burned and left with permanent red flushed skin. She did treatments way too close together. As a patient, I had no idea what was right and wrong- I trusted her. And not and forever, I’ll have red pigmentations. Never go aggressive when it come to your face, space out any peels at least 2 months apart. Sadly, I had to learn the hard way. I did call the office and told the nurse about my very very burned and thick peeling skin, and she said to just put the topical on and don’t peel it. After the peeling was gone and it had been 1 month, my face was RED. Like- I had Rosacea, i again called the nurse and she gave me cream for The discoloration but it never work my face is still very red and scared. I would not recommend nor trust this dermatologist she does not have your best interest only her pocketbook.

She was extremely rude and did not answer my questions. She dismissed my concerns instead of answering them.

I was recommended to the clinic by another patient and drew Dr Bumgardner as the recommended doc was booked and I needed care ASAP. Am I glad the gods were on my side that day. As in another review, I was a mess, with a red rash and welps from head to toe. She has me cleared up and I need to check back twice yearly. Meds were expensive, but effective, and the office found coupons to help reduce the cost.

Came on recommendation of a patient to see another doctor in the practice, however, I saw Dr Bumgardner and I am glad I did. My skin was a mess. I had a bright red rash from head to toe and she had me cleared up within a week. My meds are super expensive and they have made every effort to find alternative sources and money saving coupons.My dosage has been cut in half and hopefully I will not need oral meds in a few months.She is a beautiful person, not only in looks, but in her concern for those she treats.
