If you are willing to keep your mouth shut, have no expectations of care, don’t ask a lot of questions and by all means ensure that you don’t bother them when they are trying to take off for a holiday then you might like this place. The RN Stran is amazing but rarely available. In my opinion Dr Cripps should focus on research and not be patient facing. When she went on vacation the wheels fell off. I had a very straightforward conversation with Dr Cripps about my expectations and she could have let me know then she was not interested. Instead she waited until the day I was supposed to start chemo. Which ultimately has an effect on my treatment. 24 hours before starting chemo the treatment had to be changed. I was dehydrated, hadn’t been eating, had a migraine, and frankly am scared to death of chemo. I had a bad experience with getting my PICC which I wasn’t prepared. I had explained that I’ve been out of control since my diagnosis and my confidence comes from understanding… what’s coming at me. When I asked for information on the new treatment plan I was told I already got it which was impossible because it just changed. Even if I had gotten it what is the big deal of providing again? They just wanted me to go away. I’m supposed to trust that when I need you will be there for me yet when I’m having a horrible day I complain about my treatment I have to find a new oncologist? Where is the compassion? I got a 2nd opinion which DR Cripps said was good. I explained the different treatment plan and her response was I’m ok with doing the same. I guess I should have asked why she didn’t give me that treatment plan but I was a coward. She also didn’t like that when I shared the testing she did on my cancer which gave me percentage of the cancer returning without chemo and with chemo with the 2nd opinion He said this is useless data because it’s based on stage 2 and you have stage 3. She also said she couldn’t give me my exact stage Ex stage 3A 3B 3C etc. Yet the other Dr immediately gave me my stage 3B my tumor stage etc. I also never said a word to her about that... BIG mistake. If you want someone to be understanding when you are having a bad day, aren’t feeling well, and scared this isn’t the place. If you want to ask a lot of questions or voice concerns - with the exception of Stran - expect eye rolling, avoidance, and a push to get you to go away. I expect and get more from my veterinarian than I got from this Oncologist. I hate to break it to Dr Cripps but I’m the one going through cancer and it’s not a pleasant experience. It’s an emotional roller coaster and some days I may not be in the best of moods and would expect some compassion instead I got told to go away.

She takes care of me from day 1 to present, she's awesome, all her staff are always there to help & assist you. God put her to help.

I love this office everyone is so nice. I've gotten great help with getting levels on track. This office has done it.

Dr Cripps treated my momma with great respect and care.

From day one her office staff was a zero. Jennifer the front office militant worker/receptionist strives for perfection but fails on all counts! Did I mention her name was Jennifer? STRIKE #1: My referral that was faxed over got lost in the back for a week. STRIKE #2: She starts by stating that Dr. Cripps is not in my plan when she is. STRIKE #3: Jennifer then cannot find my appointment upon check in after my insurance called her an expedited an appointment 10 days earlier. STRIKE #4: She refused to make me an appointment until the insurance guaranteed payment. Stating it wouldn't be processed for awhile because there was a pile of 17 ahead of me (my colorectal cancer mass was growing rapidly). STRIKE #5: I finally get in and schedule a 4 day (72 hour) chemotherapy treatment appointment coordinated with my initial radiation treatment on a Wednesday which her staff wanted to remove it on Friday... do the math since her staff cannot add. So her P.A. wanted to meet me in… the parking lot on Saturday and remove and flush out the port... still not 72 hours. STRIKE #6: I am supposed to have more chemo at the end of my radiation treatments (4 days) which didn't happen. The oncologists didn't speak to each other. Nor did they return my calls. They finally said most patients don't need it. STRIKE #7: Getting controlled substance pain prescription written by Jennifer the receptionist at the window because Dr. Cripps was to busy that day. Is she qualified to write such prescriptions? STRIKE #8: PAIN IS WORSE 7 weeks after treatment. Dr. Cripps mentioned scheduling a Cat Scan. I waited 2 weeks... nothing STRIKE #9: I called and called... nothing. Jennifer finally left me a voicemail that she spoke to Dr. Cripps and decided not to have the Cat Scan and just wait for the MRI a month later. STRIKE #10: I just wanted the doctor to call me and verify it. 16 DAYS LATER I SPOKE TO THE DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN IN EXTREME PAIN 24/7 After 20 phone calls and contacting the website. The manager Regina Hargrove called me. We spoke 40 minutes! That's in the next review... it'll be all good. Bottom line. I'm still in severe pain. A simple follow up phone call to the patient 2 weeks ago would have resolved most of this. JENNIFER NEVER GAVE DR. CRIPPS MY MESSAGES. WHAT KIND OF OFFICE IS RUN LIKE THIS? ONE THAT WILL BE CLOSED SOON....COUNT ON IT & GO ELSEWHERE...

They stole the Keytruda that we bought through our insurance and gave it to another patient and now they’re having a hard time replacing it. These people are thieves. And they have been horrible and rude through the entire process. They stole from US and they laughed in our faces and couldn’t understand why we were upset. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The only reason my fiancée isn’t still crying on the kitchen floor is because we have to file a claim for insurance fraud. Pick another doctor, trust me.
