DO NOT GO HERE. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. First time I went I had a good experience. Next time I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and I was on time for my appointment, I had to cancel two meeting, as it takes two months to get an appointment. So my next appointment I was late 15 minutes and they refused to see me. So my time is not as valuable as theirs. Now I went in again had my exam and ordered new glasses. When they came in they were not the ones I ordered. Instead of making it right, they accused me of lying and said I had to pay for something I did not order. Where has customer service gone? They were very rude, and have no concept of customs service. When I told them to cancel and refund me they refused, even though my insurance company has already paid, they will not refund me my out of pocket expenses. Completely unacceptable. Dr Daiber won't even have the decency to speak with me directly, only the staff members who made the mistake in the… first place. If I could give less than a star I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
