Dr. Amy M. Depuy, MD

I take back all my highly spoke words about Dr. Amy DePuy. This doctor did a surgery for me in 2017 and never gave me any post surgical care instructions. I kept having chronic pain and discomfort following the surgery and the doctor kept telling me I’m fine anatomically and that my pain is generating from my head. She couldn’t be bothered to even examine me so she would just sit and talk to me and say this to me. I went to get a second opinion and here I need another surgery to correct the “issues in my head” Turns out there is something anatomically abnormal that needs correction. This is very likely a result of her brushing me off and not examining me and being overlooked for a year and a half. I’ve never felt so disrespected and like my concerns didn’t matter as a patient. I WOULD NOT recommend this physician and I’ve had a very disappointing experience with her.

Dr. Amy DePuy is such a skilled and experienced physicIan in the Lehigh Valley. I am very fortunate to be able to call her one of my doctors and she truly has her patient'a best interest at heart and strives to make a difference in their lives. She preformed a gynecologic surgery for me last year snd made me feel very at ease and took the time to answer all my questions & allow me to voice my concerns. My first visit to the gynecologist after being referred by my pediatrician I was told I needed surgery. It was very scary considering I have never even been to an OB/GYN before. Dr. DePuy was so nice , reassuring , and caring for me before , during , and after my surgery. I trust her and she's one of the reasons why I don't have such a negative image of the gynecologist. Dr. DePuy has bent over backwards in order to provide the best medical care possible for me and I'm beyond thankful. You will not regret seeing this doctor. If you value your health , I would highly recommend her.

Love Dr. DePuy. She is not only my doctor but I feel like she is a friend as well. When I go for a visit we talk about fun things like, a vacation, a new dress or a celebration coming up. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good OBGYN.

Dr.DePuy recently became my doctor. I saw her for an overdue annual check-up. She diagnosed a minor problem that would require surgery. She answered all my questions prior to the surgery and did not make me feel rushed. The day of the surgery she talked to me before we went into the operating room and let me know what to expect. The day after the surgery her office called to make sure I was fine. I have recommended her to several friends and they all love her.

I'm so sad to see that someone gave Dr. DePuy one star! I feel that my husband and I were completely blessed to have such a wonderful staff of doctors on the College Heights OBGYN high risk team. Although Dr. DePuy was not my regular Dr, she was on my doctor's 'team', so I saw her for many visits. I felt that she was professional, caring, and thorough at every visit. She did not deliver my twins, but she stopped by my hospital room the next day to check on me and see the babies. I rave about Dr. DePuy and her colleagues; Dr. Pellini and Dr. Black! I would highly recommend her!

This doctor was just awful. I had a terrible experience...she definitely needs to get her attitude checked, as she has the worst bedside manner. I asked her some simple questions about my birth control method options and she was rude and very uncaring and matter-of-fact. I felt rushed the entire time and felt like I was truly bothering her by even being in her office. I will definitely NOT go back.
