I have had the privilege of collaborating and networking with Amy Duschinski, PMHNP, and I consistently observe the depth of care and clinical thoughtfulness she brings to her practice. I could not be happier with her care. She takes her time and listens without judgment. I never fell rushed.

I am desperate for a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner to monitor my two medications. Every one with a 20 radius of my home would not take new patients whatsoever. Except Ms. Duschinski. However, this NP, my last home, informed me by proxy two times that she was unwilling to take me on, although she is accepting new clients, because she was "uncomfortable." I have bipolar and only take two medications, so I am not sure why I was disqualified leaving me, essentially, stranded. I suppose Nurse Duschinski will only accept clients she is "comfortable" with. My mom and dad were doctors. I do not understand Ms. Duschinski's reasoning unless she has decided that my case is way over her head. I don't know. And never will. Wish me luck out there.
