Dr. Freed and her team run a genuinely excellent practice. From scheduling through the appointment itself, everything moves efficiently without ever feeling rushed. The staff is competent, clearly experienced, and takes their work seriously. Dr. Freed herself is a pleasure to work with — knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Five out of five, no hesitation.

Waited more than 20 mins past my appointment time. Went to the desk to ask for an update on time as I had to pick up a kid after school and she the nice guy at the front turned around to ask her. She was just sitting there the whole time. I didn’t know she was the doctor so then she had me sit for another few minutes. I felt like I didn’t matter at all.

Dr Freed is friendly and professional. I get a very thorough exam. She always explains why she doing something. Always providing recommendations, keep me up to date with what is new regarding contacts. When I've had an urgent concern, she fits me into her schedule. I feel cared for.
