Horrible bedside manner and no care for patients. I was there a few days after a car accident to get a check up and make sure I was alright. Dr. Amy Ghaibeh stated she normally works on older patients and told me to go to the emergency room. She blamed her comments on Zocdoc, asking if this is what I booked my appointment through. Saying there has been "confusion" with using the app. After she told me to basically go somewhere else, she made sure to check my heart beat and breathing before I left, probably so she could charge me the $200+ medical bill before sending me away. Dr. Ghaibeh, get off Zocdoc if you want specific patients, call ahead to make sure you can help them with their issue, or change your focus from primary care doctor to something more specific. Might be the cause of your "confusion". Please, go somewhere else if you want help from a real doctor.

Very caring and compassionate

Dr. Ghaibeh is undoubtebly one of the most compassionate doctors I have met. She listens,she inquires being sentsitve to my situation. Over all she makes the clinic a much better place to cared for.

Not interested in listening: rushes patients and shows no interest in genuinly addressing patient concerns. How can a doctor make a diagnosis without careful investigation (which includes paying full attention to what the paitent has to report?)
