Dr. Amy Lynn Grace, MD

She is easily the most incompetent physician I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her grave errors and dismissal of multiple problems I had with my health resulted in higher levels of care in involvement by doctors who actually had an ounce of basic intelligence. I wouldn’t send my dog to her.

Dr. Grace has been my primary care provider for about 7 years. I especially appreciate the fact that she takes the time to listen and that she respects my input. She wants her patients to consider their medical care a team effort. She never seems preoccupied or rushed. He whole focus is on her patient, which is a real gift. She has a friendly and helpful staff, and her office responds quickly to calls between appointments. She stays on top of needed testing and I never have to wonder if I'm up to date on routine stuff. She also addresses my concerns promptly and makes any necessary referrals. Very happy with her.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Grace. She respects her patients and takes the time to connect on a personal level. She listens to their concerns and accepts them as active team members in their own health care. Totally down to earth and never makes you feel like "the 9 a.m.appointment in exam room 3". If she's unsure about a diagnosis, she's great about doing a referral to a specialist whose expertise she trusts. Very happy to have Dr. Grace as my primary.

Dr.Grace has no clue what its like to have chronic pain. She tries to treat people in pain, but lacks compassion, as well as knowledge. She thinks chronic pain just goes away. " When you take a pain pill it should be like putting on your shoes, at first you feel them then you forget about it". Not true of chronic pain. It just doesn't go away, that's why they call it chronic. If you couldn't treat it you should refer your patients to someone who could.You don't know what chronic pain is until you have it! Pain doesn't go by the books; it's horrible and robs you of your life and employment. Also our family was accused by her of something that wasn't true, she knew that,but never apologized!! It takes a good person to admit they were wrong, but she never did. We are lost all respect for her.I would never wish anyone pain, but only when you've been there can you ever understand how excruciating it is. Compassion is a great virtue, lack of it not a good quality.

Dr. Amy is truly our "Gem" of a doctor along & within our Mohawk Valley! If you are looking for a doctor who genuinely and truly cares about you as her patient, choose her as your doctor! You can't help but appreciate her warmth and sincerity along with having your best interests at heart! She even returns your phone calls if you should have questions or concerns! She's my keeper of our doctor and so pleased I have found her!
