Summary
I have training in CBT, EMDR and hypnotherapy. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman training for couples. I also use mindfulness, breathwork and yoga to help clients obtain healing in their journey. I have worked in addiction agencies, public and private mental health agencies as well as schools.
On a more personal level, I have used each of these methods in my own personal journey. I know how well these therapies can help clients to achieve the healing they need and deserve.
