Dr. Amy Lee Hostetter, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Hostetter for 3 years. She is friendly, easy to talk to and thorough. She addresses whole body health. On her recommendation, I went to a gastroenterologist and found out I had a bad hernia! She is determined to help her patients. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Amy foe several years. She is open, sensitive, caring. Very willing to listen and probes your background gently to gain confidence and assess patient background and offer alternative therapies and/or drugs as appropriate.

Dr. Hostetter likes to just write a prescription and send you on your way. No small talk and no bedside manner. The front desk staff is one of the rudest staff I have ever come across.

If you are looking for a Doctor that will take time to talk to you about your issues don't choose this doctor. She doesn't even learn about the medications she prescribes. She told me to take my medication at night when clearly on the medication instruction booklet is says this medication can keep you up. I had months of restless nights because this woman doesn't know what she is doing. My new doctor agreed that this was negligence on her part. If you do go to her don't plan on getting more than ten-fifteen minutes of your thirty minute appointment time, you'll spend more time waiting in the lobby then talking to her.
