Terrible Dentist

My son was scheduled to have dental treatment done in Texas Childrens with this dr. She treatment planned over $2,000 in dental work. My son has a medical condition that required us to go through a hospital setting. I called and emailed the dental office multiple times to discuss the treatment plan and have treatment changed from a stainless steel crown to an extraction for one of the teeth. And explained I was not willing to let my son do 12 stainless steel crowns at this time and would prefer the 2 teeth be extracted (1 already proposed as an extraction). She told me it was either do all the treatment she proposed or cancel sx. Which told me she only wants to do enough treatment to meet her quota for the day in production. I have worked at dental offices before and know this whole process. I have never told a client that if we don't do ALL of the proposed treatment on the estimate we cant do any treatment. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and will be making reviews… everywhere I can. So sad that she is even affiliated with Texas Childrens Hospital.
