Dr. Amy Jackson, PhD

I am a licensed Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) psychologist with licensure in Florida and Arizona. I have extensive experience and a passion for working with older adults, tremendously respecting their extensive life experiences that make each individual unique. I believe lasting well-being is achieved through balance among five interconnected pillars: mind, body, emotions, spirit, and relationships. My approach integrates evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy with a compassionate, individualized perspective. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change, helping them reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more fulfilling life by helping them meet their goals, improve their quality of life, and empowering them in the daily choices and struggles they face.
