Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:My passion for helping people has been instilled in me from the time I was little-from the simple act of holding the door for an individual to lending an ear to a patient who needs to talk. A career in medicine has always been my passion and what better way then to be a nurse practitioner.What I want my patients to know about me:I treat each one of my patients with kindness and respect. We work as a team to make the final outcome favorable for the patient. This includes living a healthy lifestyle and feeling better about themselves overall. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:My most treasured time is spent with my friends and family. But I also enjoy running and spending time outdoors. To date, I have run one marathon, six half-marathons and one sprint triathlon, and have enjoyed every minute of it!
