Amy Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with 5 years experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adults and couples address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Amy specializes in depression, substance use disorder, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and personality disorders. She is experienced in helping people with severe mental illness and people with disabilities learn to cope, adjust, and thrive. Amy completed her Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of North Texas. Amy utilizes multiple treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and a strength-based approach.
