Dr. Amy Caroline Jordan, MD

Very disrespectful person, I do not recommend her to anyone. To be a medical doctor with manners like that, I don’t understand how she’s a doctor.

Dr. Jordan has terrible bedside manor. When a face cream she prescribed burnt the skin off of my face she was upset that I didn’t keep using the cream. Repeating over and over that there is “no magic cure for acne” and saying that “nothing is going to work if you don’t use it consistently.” The cream made my face bleed, I’m not going to keep using it. When I came back to her looking for a new solution she rushed me and sent me away with a prescription for the same expensive cream that burnt my face. She was rude and apathetic. Her nurses deserve her paycheck because they were way more helpful and empathetic. I do not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Jordan a number of times and she impressed me as a capable doctor. I called for an appointment today and was offered one a nearly a year from today. Not so much commentary on Dr. Jordan as the office. How absurd. They did not offer an option to see another physician. I will move on.

Amy is most in depth with your office visit, Have seen her several times for different problems on my skin. Some skin problems just take time to heal, it takes patients on some conditions to heal. Seeing her again in a few weeks for another problem that has occurred on my skin. She is definitely a GREAT doctor.

I don't feel as though Dr. Jordan cares about me as a patient. Based on side remarks and bedside manner, she doesn't seem to truly care about listening and problem solving. I have tried to follow-up with nurses after appts. and while the nurses are very professional and courteous, I feel as though Dr. Jordan doesn't have time for issues. I feel rushed and brushed off. I am looking for another dermatologist.

Dr. Jordan is my first dermatologist, even though I'm 55 years old. Without trying to go into too much detail, all I can say is that from the office staff all the way to Dr. Jordan's bedside manner and professionalism, I would never dream about changing doctors.

Dr. Jordan and her nurse, Georgia, are the greatest. Dr. Jordan has been my doctor for over four years, and I love her to death. She is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is compassionate and caring. She is friendly and you can banter with her just like chatting with a friend. She is very proffessional, but still you can relate to her. I would highly recomend her.

I would highly NOT recommend Dr. Jordan.
