Dr. Amy Helen Korobow, MD

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a appointment which they canceled and rescheduled, then the appt that I rescheduled to ,well they canceled and rescheduled that one too! Well just a couple days later they called to reschedule AGAIN. Everytime , they had a different excuse. I was referred here by my PCP because I was having a serious allergy issue. I just have no words for the office staff or the Dr. So unprofessional!

The worst. Mount Sinai staff point their fingers to the doctor, and the doctor does not respond. Dr. Korobow told us that there was a lab error in my wife's first blood test and made us have the second test. Her hospital, Mount Sinai, confirmed "a lab error" in a doctor's note in their system. When LabCorp (blood lab.) sent us a bill for the second test, we inquired to Dr. Korobow, through the Mount Sinai office, if we were responsible for the bill of the second test. The doctor did not respond to our four inquiries over about three months. Mount Sinai staff indicated that they had no intention to help beyond emailing the doctor. LabCorp extended the due twice, but told us that since the doctor did not contact them at all on the issue they could not extend it anymore.

This woman asked me every personal question under the sun.. NONE of which had anything to do with allergies!! She made me extremely uncomfortable.

I can always get an appointment even if I call last minute. My favorite doctor.

Dr. Korobow is everything you would hope a Doctor to be, Kind, interested, very knowledgable, caring, extremely thorough taking case history. Very happy I found her.

I see a lot of doctors and she is my favorite and I love her nurses too!

excellent! This doctor spends a considerable amount of time determining a diagnosis as well as a remedy. She is kind, caring and compassionate. My child was very nervous about going to the doctor until she met Dr. Korobow, she now looks forward to her visits.
