Dr. Amy Sue Larson, MD

I started taking my children to Dr. Larson when the previous pediatrician kept ignoring my concerns and acting like my son's illness was nothing more then a cold after 3 visits because he was getting worse. Dr. Larson listens and realizes that we know our children better then anyone (he had pneumonia and bronchilitius). She was wonderful with my premie that had a lot of medical issues for the 1st couple years after her birth and with my ADHD child. We couldn't be happier with her!

We have always had good luck with Dr Larson. She always takes the time to listen and talk to us and is easy to talk to. We haven't ever had any trouble getting in for a sick appointment when needed. She orders strep, flu, etc testing as needed at the lab. The only thing I would say is that I wish she were a little more wholistic and open to more natural practices but I would say that about almost all of the doctors in this town. All in all we trust her and our child like her.

Took my child to see Dr. Larson for cough/fever symptoms and she referred us to a specialist with no diagnosis, no testing of her own & no meds. 5 days later had to take my child back & demand testing to find out he'd gone an extra 5 days with pneumonia. This could be deadly & brain damaging because she overlooked it. Not to mention 7 days later we still have not heard from the specialist.

Dr. Larson, Is a great Dr. she is so loving and cares so much about the kids and she talks to them at there level and all of my kids love her.. :) I would have everyone have her as there kids Dr.. She is so great... :) :) Thank you Dr. Larson for been a great Dr. :)
