Dr. Amy Fayi Lumeng, MD

I thought she was an ok doctor. She was excellent with her exams. She had 2 offices, therefore working part time at 2 locations, it was very difficult trying to get an appointment especially when you were sick. Her office staff was not friendly at all and there were times when I left messages due the dr an never got a call returned. There was always long wait times for your appointment. Very long waits. I’m not sure if anything has changed. She did close her private practice and not sure where she went.

Office staff not that friendly. Has two practices so appointments are hard to get.

Almost every time I go see Dr.Lumeng the wait time has been at least 40 minutes. It wastes my day. I'll have an appointment for 11:00 and end up getting out of there around 1pm. Other than that I think Dr.Lumeng is great friendly,and personable Doctor. She is very knowledgable and professional, and will spend that extra time with you.., which probably explains the wait time. Her follow- ups have been excellent swell. Dr.Lumeng's staff are decent.
