Dr. Miller was Kind and polite but I would not recommend going to see her due to the lack of communication between the staff members there. I sent a message early in the morning that my I had swollen shut and become extremely painful and then I need a simple steroid eyedrops called in to provide me some relief. After having to leave multiple messages and waiting over seven hours for a response I still have not been able to get my eyedrop called in to provide me any relief nor do they seem to care that I am in extreme discomfort to relay the message to her to approve my request for the eyedrops. I’ve waited over seven hours for somebody to reach out to me and I’ve attempted multiple times to call knowing that their office is about to close for the day and still not able to get anybody to respond to any of my messages or the messages that the office staff are leaving when I call . So they are extremely slow to respond to any requests if there is an issue which is why I won’t be using… them again
